  The Ashrama runs the following 4 schools, a Hostel and a Science Center. All the schools are located in different campuses within a radius of   
  one kilo metre from the Ashrama.

Ramakrishna Mission Matriculation Higher Secondary School

The School had its beginning with the starting of Ramakrishna Mission English Medium School in 1977 at No.6 Maharajapuram Santhanam Salai (Griffith Road), T. Nagar for students from LKG to V Standard under the aegis of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama.  In order to cater to the demands of the parents of this locality and to provide continuity of education to the pupils of the English Medium School, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama had upgraded it into a Matriculation School from the academic year 1998-1999, and to Higher Secondary School in the academic year 2006-2007.

Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School (Main)


The School Started on 13 June 1932, the School has classes from 6th Standard to XII standard in English Medium and Tamil Medium (selected classes only). In the Higher Secondary sections, it offers Arts and Science courses. Computer is also taught with the help of a well-equipped Computer Lab. A number of Merit Scholarships and prizes are given to the students. The library attached to the school has good number of valuable books. Every year, our students participate in various cultural, educational, sports etc. competitions and bring laurel to the school.

Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School (South)


Started in 1936, the School has classes now from 6th Standard to XII standard in English Medium having Tamil as the 2nd Language. In the Higher Secondary sections, it offers Arts and Science courses. Computer Science is also taught with a well-equipped Lab. A number of Merit Scholarships and prizes are given to the students.  The library is attached to the school.

Ramakrishna Mission Nursery and Primary School


Started on 14th June 1989, the School conducts classes from LKG. to V std. No fees are charged to the students of this school. The strength of the School is about 240. The School has been recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu. This Primary School is non-aided. This School caters to the underprivileged section of the society.  All             the students of the school are provided with noon-meal.
